Fellowship Hall Use

Welcome to St. Paul’s! We are pleased that you would like to reserve our hall for your event.

With 2200 ft of space in the hall plus a catering kitchen, the St. Paul’s Parish Hall may be used for weddings, funerals, luncheons, group meetings, and other events.

Fees for Non-Profit organizations are listed as guidelines. Final costs will be determined on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the Rector or Parish Administrator.

* If no damage has been found, the deposit will be credited towards the final bill. If the condition of the building (Parish Hall, bathrooms, kitchen, or any part of the building that was entered or used) is not acceptable, the deposit is forfeited and the total fee is due.

Set up Fee is for set-up and taken-down services only. If the applicant performs this task, the fee will be waived. All areas used during the event must be left in the condition in which they were found. Cleaning equipment and supplies will be available.

Key Policy: If the key is lost, applicant is responsible for the cost of re-keying the building.

Hours of a reservation are for one 5-hour time period. Each additional time period is $25.

NO tape, tacks, or nails of any kind are to be used on the walls.
